I live in south Tampa with my 2 dogs, Max and Camo.  I've lived in Tampa most of my life, but was born in a little town called Opelika when my father was playing baseball at Auburn University.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the Journalism College at the University of Florida.  While I still take limited photography assignments, my main focus is as a website developer, specializing in Responsive website designs with backend systems.

In my spare time, you'll find me running Gaspar Golf, which has 2 golf leagues and a monthly golf tour, and trying to stay as active as possible.

I'm extremely easy to work with, and will make even the most shy feel comfortable on their first shoot.

My focus has shifted from working with models to shooting more family portraits, events, real estate and commercial projects.  I'm one of the few photographers in the area that is not stuck in one genre of photography.  I can shoot products, food, people, places and things with equal skill and creativity.

I spent much of the 2000's shooting models all over the country.  Toward the end of the decade, I got to shoot on the sidelines of pro football games, covering my first love, sports.

I also took a few high profile commercial gigs, including shooting the likes of Carmen Electra and Daisy Fuentes for a cruise line in the Bahamas.

in the mid-to-late 1990's, my former wife was getting into some fitness modeling.  I submitted a few shots to Musclemag and some other fitness publications, and they liked what I showed them.  I started honing my skills by shooting fitness models like Torrie Wilson, who went on to become a star in the WWF.

It was probably in the late 1990's that I started getting approached by models who wanted to pay me to shoot their portfolios.

I started shooting at a young age, receiving my first 35mm camera, a Pentax K1000, as a Christmas gift from my grandfather when I was about 18.

My girlfriends through my late teens and twenties were my muses as I learned the craft.  I was also a sports nut, and went to professional tennis tournaments in the 1980's so that I could photograph the likes of Chris Evert, Martina Navratalova, Steffi Graf, Jimmy Connors and Boris Becker up close.
